The “Begin Anew” Collection is my first floral collection in my new home in my new, beautiful and bright studio. It marks the beginning of a a new chapter after a period of great change and transition in my life—only some of which I was in control of—which made creating a challenge for me. You see, I have always created from a place of joy, light, peace and beauty. The completion of this collection commemorates a significant new beginning and a restoration of my ability to create from that happy place and recapture the joy and meditation of the creative process that I love so dearly. These paintings revealed themselves to me in their own sweet time and I relished the luxury of creating without pressure or expectation. The focus of the collection is lush, gorgeous flowers in a vibrant, saturated palette, all painted intuitively and from the heart. I hope you love them as much as I do and I can’t wait to send this work out into the world to begin their own fresh chapter. What a beautiful way to "Begin Anew."
