Inspired by Pyramid Point.

I’m not sure any painting, or even any photograph can convey this spot accurately. After a steady, but short, uphill hike to the top of Pyramid Point, this amazing view over Lake Michigan is revealed. The first time Tracy took me on this hike, I don’t think I’d ever seen such a beautiful place in my life, and it has been truly awe-inspiring every single time since. If no one else is around, there is a quiet that is unlike anything else. This piece of Heaven is the first place I recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Oil and cold wax medium on Arches oil paper with beautiful deckled edges. Approximately 20.5”x16” overall paper size. Painted area on the paper is approximately 20”x15.5”. These paintings are not on panels. Each piece will be titled, signed and dated on the back.
